We serve you as an independent third-party to field, compile and assess anonymous feedback from your unit. In other words, we create a "safe environment" for troubled staff to tell us issues and concerns they are uncomfortable admitting to you. We analyze and share all of this information with you and use this valuable feedback as one basis for developing a customized motivational program for your unit.
